Wellingborough nursery receives great report from inspectors

The Just Learning nursery in Wellingborough has received a glowing report from regulators Ofsted.
The nursery was rated ‘good’ in the all of the areas inspected, which included overall effectiveness, leadership and management, quality of the provision in the Early Years Foundation Stage and outcomes for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. In addition, the ‘effectiveness with which the setting deploys resources’ was classed as ‘outstanding’.
The report is designed to reassure parents and carers that the nursery education and care their children receive is of acceptable quality and that any weaknesses are swiftly addressed.
The report noted ‘particularly evident are the strong relationships children form which help staff become fully aware of them as individuals.’ The report highlighted that ‘children all benefit from their positive interaction with staff who really care about them.’
It also documented that ‘the nursery as a whole demonstrates an ongoing commitment to maintain continuous improvement.’
The nursery was praised for being ‘very well-resourced, including a wide range of visual evidence, toys and equipment that promotes equality and diversity.’
The children are ‘confident in their surroundings, aware of routines and comfortable in approaching staff for support’ and ‘make at least good progress in their learning and development as a result of their access to a broad range of activities which they obviously enjoy.’
